By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or placing an order through Emerging Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Replacement Policy.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a registered company, educational institution, hospital, or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full corporate authorization to bind that legal entity to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We strive to ensure all product specifications, high-resolution imagery, connectivity attributes, and manufacturer part numbers are accurate. However:

• Factory Iterations: Manufacturers (HP, Canon, Epson, BenQ, Panasonic, Brother) reserve the right to modify external chassis packaging, included bundled cables, or toner initial cartridge yields without prior platform notification.
• Pricing Errors: Prices displayed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as specifically indicated at checkout. In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or automated API sync anomaly, Emerging Solutions reserves the right to cancel or decline the order before shipment, offering an immediate 100% refund.
• Stock Availability: All hardware listings are subject to real-time warehouse inventory availability.

Emerging Solutions operates as a fully GST-registered commercial enterprise in Haryana, India. For every completed transaction:

• B2B Tax Invoices: Buyers must submit their 15-character GSTIN and registered corporate entity name during the checkout sequence. Invoices cannot be amended into a B2B Tax Invoice retroactively once the monthly GST return (GSTR-1) has been filed with the GST Network (GSTN).
• HSN Code Classifications: Appropriate HSN codes (e.g., HSN 8443 for printers and multifunction devices, HSN 8528 for interactive flat panels and commercial projectors) and applicable tax breakdowns (CGST + SGST or IGST) are explicitly reflected on every invoice.
• Input Tax Credit: Input Tax Credit eligibility is governed strictly by the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Buyers are responsible for providing valid and active GSTIN credentials.

To maintain wholesale-competitive rates and protect high-value electronic assets against unauthorized transit damage, Emerging Solutions operates on an exclusive 100% prepaid order fulfillment model.

• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay) supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Corporate Net Banking.
• No Cash on Delivery: COD is not available for heavy technology consignments.
• Security Audits: In the event of flagged or high-risk transactions, Emerging Solutions reserves the right to request identity or corporate validation before processing consignment dispatch.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the purchaser upon courier carrier pickup. However, Emerging Solutions covers all consignments with end-to-end commercial transit insurance.

The purchaser or designated consignee must inspect parcel exterior packaging upon arrival and report any physical crush damage, tampering, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video footage, as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

All hardware sold through Emerging Solutions is 100% brand-new, factory-sealed, and backed exclusively by official manufacturer onsite warranties (typically 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model).

Emerging Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from hardware downtime, loss of business data, or interruption of commercial operations. In any event, Emerging Solutions' aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the net purchase amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific product in dispute.

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of purchase transactions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
