Company legal trade name, Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), PAN, and state jurisdiction for compliant tax invoices.
Payment & Transaction Details
Order history, invoice receipts, and transaction IDs. We never store raw debit/credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
Technical & Telemetry Data
IP address, device footprint, browser user-agent, session identifiers, and diagnostic analytics to thwart fraudulent automated attempts.
2How We Use Your Information
All data collected is utilized solely for lawful commercial fulfillment and platform reliability:
- Order Processing & Verification: To validate orders, transmit one-time security passcodes (OTP), and process prepaid Razorpay payments.
- Statutory Invoicing: Generating GST tax invoices showing HSN breakdowns (8443, 8528) to enable eligible businesses to claim 18% Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinating courier manifests with Shiprocket and carrier networks (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) for real-time tracking updates.
- Customer & Technical Support: Responding to warranty claims, onsite technician dispatches, and OEM coordination with HP, Canon, Epson, BenQ, and Panasonic.
5Security & Encryption Standards
Our infrastructure enforces industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- End-to-end 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) on all HTTP endpoints.
- One-way salted bcrypt hashing (cost factor 10) for account passwords.
- Role-based access control (RBAC) preventing unauthorized access between sellers, customers, and administrative staff.
6Your Data Privacy Rights
Under applicable Indian laws, you maintain the right to review, update, or rectify your account profile and billing records at any time through your Customer Dashboard. You may also request account erasure, provided all outstanding orders and statutory tax retention periods have concluded.
7Data Retention
Order records, tax invoices, and accounting entries are preserved for a minimum of 8 years in strict accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 and Indian corporate audit guidelines.
