- Cut-Off Hours: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday) enter same-day processing queues. Orders placed on Saturdays after 1:00 PM, Sundays, or national holidays dispatch on the subsequent working business day.

All prepaid orders totaling ₹999 or more qualify for 100% Free Express Standard Shipping. For orders below ₹999 (e.g. standalone consumables or spare parts), a nominal logistics fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout to cover courier packaging and fuel surcharges.

As soon as your shipment generates an Air Waybill (AWB), you will receive automated tracking notifications via SMS and registered email. You can also monitor your live shipment status anytime by navigating to My Orders.
5Heavy & Bulk Enterprise Hardware
High-volume shipments (e.g. 5+ units of heavy laser printers, floor-standing multifunction copiers exceeding 40 kg, or motorized interactive display trolleys) are transported via dedicated surface express with specialized material handling equipment. Ensure that your receiving warehouse or corporate premises has freight elevator or dock access for heavy deliveries.
Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage Protocol
To safeguard your purchase against transit mishandling, we strictly recommend following these three steps upon courier arrival:
- Outer Box Check: Examine the exterior carton before signing. If the package shows severe crushing, punctures, or signs of water damage, please note "Received in Damaged Condition" on the courier proof of delivery (POD) receipt.
- Unboxing Video: Record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the seal and packaging. This establishes definitive proof for rapid courier insurance claims.
- Report within 48 Hours: Inform our logistics dispatch desk within 48 hours of delivery at sales.emergingsolutions@gmail.com with the unboxing video and AWB number.
